About Marsha:
Marsha Poust was born and raised in Lebanon, PA and moved to the suburban Philadelphia area upon graduating from Lebanon Valley College in 1980 with a degree in business. It was a natural transition to move to the Philly area having grown to love it over the years due to many family trips to the area.

As a former corporate financial manager who grew weary of corporate life, Marsha decided that it was high time to fulfill her dream of owning and running a business. In May 2007 after 23 years at Unisys Corporation, Marsha decided to put her business experience to good use with Signs By Tomorrow; a nationwide digital and graphics sign-making franchise. As the President and Treasurer, she handles most of the marketing duties. Her husband, Marty Werkheiser, is her business partner and production manager as well as Vice President and Secretary. His background as a furniture maker has lent itself very well to making signs.
